To celebrate the new launch of Adidas Orginals NMD R2 and to trigger the NMD feeling of „PAST EMPOWERS FUTURE“, we created an interactive 3D City of Amsterdam. My part was to build and texture all the old houses near the canal, which are typical for Amsterdam. To launch the new shoe, Adidas originals made an event in the Sole store in Amsterdam, accompanied by our game and music from a famous DJ. People where able to connect with their smart phones to a big screen and generate an unlimited number of generic city landscapes, by shaking their phone.
